Terms & Conditions
We offer
both Fed-Ex ground and UPS ground service. In addition, we reserve the right to
use different carriers depending on the type of your order that will to the
shipment. We offer other shipping services with USPS etc. Upon receipt of your
order, every effort is made to process your order within 48 hours.
Once your
order is processed, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 2-10
days, depending on what state you reside in. Expediting your shipment is
available. Please contact us for additional charges options for Next Day,
2nd Day, or Air Shipping. In most cases we can ship anywhere in the
world.
Please
note there may be restrictions on shipping overseas, to P.O. Boxes, or
APO/FPO. You can e-mail us support@voxie.fashion or you can call us
at There may be additional info that we may need for estimates
and delivery time. International shipments will require a letter of credit
of a bank institution or credit card, orders will be held until funds are
cleared before orders are processed and can be shipped.

responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may be
incurred shipping outside of the

copy of both the original invoice and the item you are returning or exchanging.
Do not remove tags or alter the item from its original
form or design!!
All
purchases you have made from Voxie Denim, Inc or at our website must be
returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of the item. As soon as
you have decided you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in
brand new condition as it was delivered to you in within 10 days to avoid a
restocking Charge of 20%, All orders returned in less than new condition and/or
more than 7 days beyond the delivery date will not be refunded or exchanged.
Customers
are responsible to contact us prior to any returns or exchanges, Customers will
be provided a return shipping label along with the new exchanged garment, also
any garment not returned after receiving new garment with 7 days with be
charged the full price of the exchanged garment.
If you
choose to return a garment to Voxie Denim by using a shipping source of your
own choice, from UPS/FedEx, or USPS. It is also advisable that your
returned package is received with 7 days of conformation of returning the
garment; please e-mail us to include Tracking # for the method of shipment. Note: we
do not reimburse shipping charges that you may have incurred to return a
garment. We do not except C.O.D. returns or exchange (s) shipments without
prior conformation under any circumstances.
We have a
no refund or exchange policy on any custom made item or items --- no exception.
Any item that is already Washed or Soiled, Worn, or Damaged will not be
accepted for refund or exchange.
Any item
that has had tags removed or been altered, damaged, or abused in any way from
its original form or design will no be accepted for return or exchange. Do
not put!! patches, pins, studs, rivets, stitching, embroidery, or printing on
the garment.
Also, any
item that has patches, pins, studs or stitching, or altered other then the original design or has been cut, sliced, or pierced by any sharp object
such as knives, razor blades, etc.
Will not be refunded or exchanged and will not be accepted
as a return - no exceptions.

PLEASE
INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WITH EVERY RETURN OR EXCHANGE: The
reason you are returning the item (examples: size, style, wrong item, etc.)
Your invoice # full name, address, phone, fax or e-mail address.
Also, on all Exchanges or Refunds:
Refunds
will be returned back to the original method of payment. AND, if this is an
Exchange only, Please include invoice number and any and all details of the
garment being returned for exchange.
Merchandise
returned without authorization will be subject to freight charges, charged to
Voxie Denim by any carrier, for both directions of shipping will be charged to
your account. Customers shipping returns C.O.D. or any parcel shipment that was
ordered by the customer, and then refused upon arrival of shipment by customer
without authorization; the ordering customer will be charged any and all
additional shipping charges for orders or returns to customers account..
